HDNet's High-Def Shuttle Live Landing
HDNet will telecasst in HDTV the highly-anticipated STS-114 landing at Kennedy Space Center scheduled for 4:46 a.m. EDT Monday, August 8.
As with HDNet's coverage of the launch, viewers can watch the landing
live in high-definition clarity courtesy of HDNet's 1080i HD cameras and equipment, accompanied by natural sounds and NASA's own commentary
direct from mission control.
HDNet is also using its HD video footage to produce other special prime-time reports, one highlighting the landing to air August
9, and an hour-long documentary to air August 16.
