Premium Subscription cannot be purchased again

Due to required PayPal funding account number changes (due to National City Bank buyout by PNC Bank) my subject subscription was cancelled.
I can not subscribe again providing the same E-Mail address. I have only one E-Mail address. How can I subscribe again?
