ESPN is hyping all 64 2006 world cup soccer games will be broadcast in HD. Will this HD programing be available to 4dtv/hdd200 c-band equipment or only to small dishs?
They are carrying the games on three networks: ESPN, ESPN2, and ABC.
I am not sure what the plans are for 4DTV regarding these channels.

ESPN HD and ESPN2 HD will probably never be available on 4DTV. They are presently being uplinked in DCII combo mode which is a higher data rate than a 4DTV can receive. Motorola has said there will probably never be anymore updates for 4DTV. It would take a hardware solution to receive it.
