What are the best options for glasses for my Mitsubishi WD73837?
Mitsubishi DLP 3D glasses

At this time the only 3D you can get will be from a PC. To do that you would have had to buy a 3D video card package for your PC that comes with the glasses.
For all the 3D you have been hearing about recently you will need a converter from Mits. This site has a package deal but the converter is posted as being available 07/09/2010.

I am not aware of any active 3D glasses store at this time.

So, what you're saying is even though my TV is "3D ready", it isn't? I'm still gonna need to get more stuff?
It appears that is the case for many... I checked out the Best Buy website

3D-ready
To build a 3D home theater system, you'll need to purchase 3D glasses designed for this HDTV. You'll also need a 3D-ready Blu-ray player, high-speed HDMI cable and we recommend an A/V receiver that is compatible with full HD 3D.
Hmm... I figured you could use the 2D-3D converter, buy some glasses and at least get an eye full of artificial 3D but this one doesn't have a converter.
Either way, unless artificial 3D is your bag, you will have to purchase a 3D source!
Your Mits is 3D ready via PC and yes, you have to buy the 3D capable PC and glasses along with some 3D content.
For 3D sources such as blu-ray and broadcast you will have to buy the Mits 3D converter and glasses to use them.
