Sony 34xs — Community — HDTV Magazine

I have two hd sets. two years old 55" mits and a new sony 34xs. On the sony I can not get channel 53.1 Lansing wlaj. I can receive 53.2 which is sd. the mits receives them both fine. the signal on the sony is 92 on both 53.1 digital and 53.2 sd

Any ideas ??

Typically that kind of problem is related to PSIP data. Could be the station or the receiver. A local HDTV users group would be very helpful.

I just checked my OTA/cable STB for new firmware, nothing.

the station was transmitting in sd not hd
