Is Monster HDMI Video Cable bad ?

Monster cables are not bad, but outrageously overpriced. Here's a great place online to try that I and many others use:

As someone mentioned elsewhere. Digital cables like hdmi just have to make sure the "ones " and "zeros" in data stream dont get swapped. Bandwidth for speed is main concern. I use monoprice all the time without problems.

The main points have been made! Although in certain applications, long distance runs, Monster can be just the right product.
