The only thing missing for me is access to network/cable news and I'd leave DirecTV behind. Don't care at all about HBO or any other premium channels. Most of the time I feel I'm paying >$100/month where at least 90% of it is available somewhere. It's only access to realtime news (networks, CNN, MSNBC) that stops me from dropping DirecTV and keeping >$1400/year in my pocket.

I believe that the CNN Mobile stream is available on Roku as a Private Channel that anyone can access:
