Although Google TV has recently decided not to be demo their product with TV manufacturers at CES other partners will actually be demoing Google TV at CES according to an invitation I received from Logitech as follows:
“Logitech will be demoing its Google TV product line, among other things, at CES this year. If you're interested in stopping by our booth it's located in the Central Hall, #13420.”
As I understand it, partners with existing Google TV products will be able to show them; that's Sony and Logitech as far as I know. New products from other partners won't be shown, at Google's request. The only question mark is that I've heard that Samsung may be showing a new Google TV product, but I'm not clear on that and will have to wait and see what happens at Press Day on Jan 5. (And I've no doubt that there will be Google TV demonstrations in private suites all over the place, but that's not the same as in public on the LVCC floor.)

"Central Hall, #13420.” is not a private suite, it is actually a public place in the LVCC and the point was that Google TV may not be shown with "some" manufacturers but will actually be at the show.

Thanks for your interpretation but is not what I meant.
I mentioned Logitech just as an example to indicate that Google TV will actually be shown at CES (and in a public place not a private suite) regardless if some manufacturers complied with Google’s request of not showing their Google TV featured products, which is different than conveying the idea that Google TV will not be at CES at all because of that reason.
I have absolutely no interest in Google TV into my Home Theater environment and I probably would not visit their booth either, but my concern is accurate information.
