I'd have to pass after seeing that TV stuck into a mass of photo frames on the wall. The large TV that clashes with way too many photo frames in a small space. The TV mounted flat is too high for comfortable viewing in a room that appears too small for it. OTOH it may appear too small due to the cluttered wall, with a desk and chair right in front of the TV and way too close.
