The good news for Canadian high definition television fans this week is the Raptors NBA will be launching a High Definition television channel beginning on November 1st.
The bad news is the station will only be available to Bell ExpressVu customers, which means that about 85% of Canadian cable and satellite subscribers will not be able to subscribe to the station.
