The Opening Ceremonies of the Winter Olympic Games will be broadcast live in HDTV on CBC HD on Friday, February 10th at 10am PST / 1pm EST.

CBC HD is available on Bell ExpressVu, Star Choice, Rogers Cable and Shaw Cable.

Unlike NBC, CBC will not be broadcasting everything in HDTV at the Olympics. They plan on only 39 hours on HD coverage ...
