Comic book character John Constantine, supernatural detective, is brought to life in this biblical flick of heaven versus hell with earth in between. After performing an exorcism John is convinced that rules are being broken on both sides and sets out to find the culprits before earth becomes a battle ground.

Unfortunately it has become quite clear to me that Keanu Reeves cannot act as anything other than himself and while he fits the John Constantine character to a degree I could have been watching the Matrix.

Of all the comic book stuff brought to screen this one seemed to have the least impact leaving little impression. That said it was worth my time.
