TVs have not had a reset button which was really a circuit breaker for about 20 years now. This has been replaced by snap in or solder in fuses requiring the product be taken apart to replace them.
This is what most people are thinking of for a reset button. If your current display has one it will be documented in your owners manual and is usually plainly visible. For most products this type of reset has been replaced by AC reset
