FCC OKs First Multicast Must-Carry [Paid Subscription Required]
The FCC has decided to grant broadcasters analog and digital multicast satellite must-carry in Alaska and Hawaii, but it has written the rules carefully to avoid suggesting precedent for extending digital multicasting any further without direction from Congress.
