Samsung BD-D6500/5500 Blu-Ray machine trouble

I need help proving my case to Samsung that the Samsung BD-D6500/5500 Blu-Ray machines have troubles:

(1) Playing back "CARS 2/3D" Skipping and Jumping Backwards

(2) "APPS UPDATER" is deleting installed apps! & Also changes the machines ID# so that purchased apps will not reinstall.

(3) The firmware setting for 3D => 2D does not work (this is a setting in firmware that should allow 3D disc's to play back 2D on a non-3D sets.)
{This setting can be found on page 30 of the D5500 machines manual.}

I do not have a means to recording video in my main room where my 3D TV is and they are requesting that I shoot video and post it so that the service techs can see these errors... as it does not happen on their test benches.

If you can video these errors and post them in a public viewing area (YouTube?) where I can have the Samsung Tech's view these errors in action it will help all...

The more people that post the better.

I know that a hardware reviewer for "Digital Trends" has posted in his review of the BD-D6500 the "APPS UPDATER" error. And another Samsung machine owner reported this error on his "C" [2010] machine.
