Mit Dlp wd 82837 status led red blank screen

Hi I have a wd82837 that's been disgarded and would like to repair it and need some help getting started.
The symtom are the status led is red and the screen is blank (after 5 mins the TV power down). There is no sound but. that could be due to it's on a input without a feed.

The light engine was subsituded(2x)then the original reinstalled, no fix. I will assme that the service person checked the bulb, it looks new ( resistant was .39 ohms)

I would like to performed voltage checks on the power supply board.
Can this be performed inside the chassie or do I need to remove the assembly and power it on the bench?

btw I have the service manual and scopes/meters to make the measurement.

Hi all, the tv displaying video. but the display image is flickering.

this occurs after 30-45 mins of operation. these seem to be a relationship between thermo
senitivity and time.

Is this a indication that the color wheel is an issue?
