Mitsubishi Customer Support
Can anyone give me some insight into the Mitsubishi TV support center. My WD-65838 will not power and it has been three days since anyone has contacted me. When I made the first call, I was told that they would call me back with a service center in my area. I am still waiting. The TV is only two months old. Thank you.

Nothing to loose now - - - try to locate / I.D. an "authorized" Factory Servicing Dealer by using their Web Site?
Since it's only ~ 60 days old, all should be "willing!"
In-point-of-fact, simply your Receipt / Bill-of-Sale will be adequate to 'deposit' that HDTV @ any servicing location, irregardless of Mitsubishi's "reply delay!"

I have to disagree with Eli that Mitsubishi CS is poor. I also do not recommend you load up your TV and drop it off anywhere without making a phone call first.
You don't need CS to fix your TV unless there isn't an authorized service center nearby. You will need your sales receipt.

You are one of thousands calling Mits everyday and sometimes things fall into the cracks. Feel free to call them and get an update.
