Mitsubishi DLP RP WD73638 - vertical lines in picture

I've never seen this before. The TV is less than 2 months old. The issue was very sparingly, now its all the time. My TV will only display black and white vertical lines. I've tried unplugging many times and still the same. I've included a picture. I've contact Mitsubishi once before and they told me to do a hard reset from the system. Obviously, I can't do that now.

Not sure what you are looking for. The display is broken and needs to be repaired. Not sure why that is of concern since you are still under warranty. Not sure which assembly is at fault but they will figure it out and get you running again.
