Oregon, Portland - Any CLEAR Cable Company feedback?

Has anyone had any expeirence with CLEAR?
They are starting out in Portland using next Generation technology, or so they say.
I am sticking with DirecTV because of the NFL Package.
However they offer Telephone service for $25/mo. As many calls as you want local/Long Distance including Canada. Thy also offer high speed Internet A three different packages.
LOW SPEED -1Mb ($45.99/mo. with telephone)
MEDIUM SPEED -3 Mb ($55.99/mo. with telephone.)
HIGH SPEED -6 Mb
YOU Have to renttheir modem for ($5/mo.) -or- buy it for $175.
Has anyone heard anything NEGATIVE about them?
