Planet Earth series on Blu-ray is absolutely breathtaking! These discs have vibrant, lush colors and deep blacks! I cannot use enough adjectives to describe the truly amazing video photography on these discs ... amazing, beautiful, incredible, addictive. Many of the aerial shots will truly take your breath away. And you will get to experience amazing closeups of some the rarest wildlife on this beautiful, gorgeous planet of ours.
And the DD5.1 sound is equally impressive. The sounds of nature are mixed with some very pleasant and dramatic music. The sound of the wind in Antarctica will nearly blow you off your couch!
I highly recommend this series in Blu-ray for anyone with Blu-ray player and a good hidef display. If you love nature this series is an absolute must buy!!!
