I work in telecommunications and was wondering if any of you ever use social media (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) to "talk" to your HDTV provider? Have you had any good/bad experiences?
What do you think about HDTV providers, like http://www.surewest.com, being active on social media for customer service and other reasons? Thanks in advance for your replies!
