Takers is not an original film, nothing new is really done here. In fact the main heist is a rip off of the movie “The Italian Job”, and a character in this movie even admits it. I’m conflicted by this movie because I like all the actors but they did nothing to make me care about the characters. However, it is hard to focus on one character when the cast is so big. There were a couple of times where I would think, “I didn’t know what’s his name was in this movie.”

Am I missing something? The story gets a (paraphrase) "dumb", the idea is actually a theft of another movie (which, if you're talking about the second "Italian Job", was a theft of the original), but you still give it 4.5? Amazing! I don't care how much the EFX are worth - or the quality of the picture and audio. If it ain't a good story, what's the point?
