I receive HD from both OTA and Satellite.

I get my HD via OTA, and 2 satellite providers

In Canada via satellite from Shaw Direct (formerly Star Choice) and Bell TV. Also via telephone lines from Telus Optik TV. Each offers a different selection of HD channels.

Antenna in Los Angeles, sixty plus channels total. HD channels less of course.
