Re: HDTV Almanac - Netflix to Stream Current Movies
I for one am definitely excited to see the changes coming down the road with regards to Streaming Media. With recent announcements by Hulu, Netflix, and even with Google entering the fray with Google TV, I thing our television viewing world is going to experience a dramatic change! Don't you just love technology!? I've written a couple of articles myself on these subjects on my site!

I think that "television" (being able to see moving images over a distance of time and space) is undergoing the most fundamental transformation since its inception. This even is way bigger than color TV, which was pretty monumental at the time (I was there). I'm excited to get to see the change; my grandchildren will not understand that there was a time when you couldn't watch whatever you want, whenever you want, wherever you want.
