Im north of this Antenna pair - about 35 miles north of Penobscot Mtn. and about 15 miles north of Pinnacle Rock, so I know I'm 'Reception Challenged' by distance and the mountains.
Anyway - I survived the Transition in June and after a tweak was able to get all the channels I expected. Including Wnep-DT 16-1 and 16-2.
About a month ago, WNEP became very weak and breaks up most of the time except late at night. This seems odd since I expected the Leaves on Trees to attenuate the signal I get some 35 miles from their tower.
Are they working on the tower or their operation down there, so they power back the broadcasts to protect the crews?? I know they did a revision in the Spring, but I've not seen notices of late.
I like ABC for my news, and the Web Version just isn't the same.
Thanks for updates if you have any clues.
I have a Google Map of my location and stuff which you may enjoy.

Good Morning - -
Very neat mapping links! Yes, your location IS a challenging one.
Have you had any luck w/ sending them an Emailing, under their "Contact Us" on their Web Site, by chance? Agreed - the (now) missing leaves should have made things BETTER.
