AVerMedia announced today the release of the Next Generation in PC-TV Entertainment. The AVerTV Combo G2 (White Box) is a DTV Ready Next Generation PCI Express TV tuner card that allows you to watch one program while recording another, or record two programs simultaneously! Avermedia, can this really be real?

I'm aghast that Avermedia would release a new "dual" tuner card 4 days after the US analog switch off that touts an Analog NTSC tuner as a feature?

Perhaps they still need to "attract" customers in Canada ?

Their date for cut over is still 2 years away.
