Who is the audience?
Apparently this service will appeal to people who don't care about image or sound quality; they just want what they want NOW. And that's the only advantage this service provides. I don't get it. A Netflix HD disc takes one to two days to get to my house and it's in high definition with surround sound. Was the pitch based on the statistics of people who watch movies in hotel rooms?
