Shane -
I've "click' & 'searched' for 35 minutes {After changing my profile twice to no avail } without any success to change the entire Email - not only the password!
No "feedback Form " either .... no "Email Us" .. no other " Contact Us " .....
Old -- [email protected]
New -- [email protected]
Again, my sincere apologies.

Hi Eli,
No problem, I changed your address for you.
But I'm most curious to know why your email address could not be changed on your profile:
http://www.hdtvmagazine.com/profile.php
As far as contacting us, The "Help" link at the top-right of every page is a good place to start. You can also reach me by emailing the feedback (at) hdtvmagazine.com address.
Thanks,
- Shane

New Email ...
Shane -
Many thanks ... but, even though I had entered the new info, etc., the very next time I "visited" ,the old one still appeared rather than the new.... happened over & over .. and, so, the notices kept coming to that old Email, naturally.
"Password change" .. = no problem.
Thanks again.

Editing Profile & Changing ...
Hi akirby -
Without a doubt, it's yet another one of the "hang ups" of the SAFARI rather than VISTA's browser.
Every time I went to "Edit Profile" ... or .. "Help" .. , there was no "feedback" form ...

e-mail update-Safari
Hi eli,
For what it is worth, I just edited my account info in Safari, Version 3.1.1 (4525.18 ) on an iMac PowerPC G5 running Mac OS X Ver. 10.4.11. No hassle, changed the first time. Quit and restarted Safari, still there. I was wondering if your Safari or OS is not up-to-date?
Order of operation- opened new browser in Safari, made sure I was logged in to hdtvmagazine.com, clicked on Edit Profile, made 2 or 3 changes, including E-mail address, Clicked save update at the bottom of form page, and quit and restarted Safari, all is good.
I have never used Vista, so have no idea about that. I have had good luck with Safari, but have used Macs since 86, and almost exclusively since about 89, so am used to them. I occasionally use Firefox for the odd page that Safari won't load correctly. I have had from 2-5 Macs for 22 years and never had a problem I had to get help for. Current G3 powerbook is over 7 years old, and still runs 10.3.9 at a reasonable pace for an old laptop. Use it strictly as a wireless easy-chair reference tool for the past 2 years.
