About all you can do is go to the manufacturers website, get a list of their distributors, call them and see if they will sell you the parts.

Bear in mind they frown on returns especially from consumers... You buy it and you may very well own it for good. Welcome to our world.

Since I am in the business I get all that info from manufacturer training so I have never had the need for anything else. None the less there isn't a "book" that is going to help with diagnosing and repairing your particular display. I also know Puerto Rico is not a haven of quality electronic service and the pickings are slim.

There is one NESDA service center in San Juan

The best advice I can give the do it yourselfer is there are other sites related to consumer repair - do a google search and Good Luck!

It's incredible, it's true. I do the lesson and make the search, I found only one NESDA member. I contact him and he gave the opportunity to visit his shop and start a friendlyship communication. Is to far from my home town to his location. I will make an appoitment to know him. Thanks again for you're time and knowlege. :D
