Pansonic Establishes Hollywood Blu-ray Testing Center

Matsushita Electric Industrial Co., Ltd. (NYSE: MC) known for its leading Panasonic brand, today announced that its U.S. subsidiary, Panasonic Corporation of North America, will establish a Panasonic Hollywood Blu-ray Testing Center (PHBTC) within the existing facilities of Panasonic Hollywood Laboratory and start testing services immediately.

I guess given the poor transfers and quality control of most of the blu-ray disks that I currently own, they really need this. As for me if I can get it for $5-10 less on HD-DVD it's a no-brainer!
