Dr. Reed Richards and his team perform an experiment on a space station for an upcoming cosmic radiation event but his predictions are incorrect exposing him and the crew to them and also his supporter, Dr. Von Doom.
This flick does not take itself as seriously as some of the others we have seen of late but none the less delivers a very entertaining experience as our four characters come to find out how fantastic they are and the consequences of their new found powers. Naturally Dr. Von Doom becomes the evil nemesis Dr. Doom and while his story lacks the depth we might expect it seems to fit right in with the simplistic nature of the 1960's Fantastic Four I grew up on.
