Adam Sandler takes the key role in this remake of the original and does a great job at it fitting in perfectly with the role.

Paul Crewe is an unhappy professional football player making one real stupid choice landing him in jail where subconsciously he must think he belongs due to being banned from the league for giving up points in a game for the bookies. Unfortunately the prison warden is into football with a team made up of his guards and he wants Paul to help him out. Burt Reynolds appears as coach Nate Scarborough to give Paul a hand.

Not a great movie but overall this was entertaining and comes recommended.
