When you go into the setup menu and try to change the DTV input it will only allow RGB or off and will not switch to YPbPr. Unplug the AC power cord from the wall for 3 minutes and plug it back in. This will create a hard reset for the computer that runs the display and should allow YPbPr as an option again.
