TV: Power light(s) flashing a sequence

If you are having a TV problem this typically refers to a service code to assist the technician in repairing your product and likely means your TV will not turn on or stay on. It does not tell the technician much of anything and simply gets him pointed in a particular direction in servicing the product.

If you have a new digital display that is lamp based such as DLP, LCD, LCOS, DILA the light or lights may indicate a condition you can resolve such as replacing a lamp or filter. Check your owners manual for particulars.
