Make sure the speaker switch is set correctly.

Confirm the speaker wire connections at the amp and your speakers.

If you have a gain/volume control on the amp check it.

Confirm the line level audio input cables are connected correctly and completely seated.

Check the balance control on the preamp or receiver.

If none of the above works you will likely need service.
