LCD burn-in

Post by homerhd »

I have a Sony KDF-50WE655 50" LCD projection tv. Is there any risk of screen burn-in with this type of set or is that problem limited to plasma technology?

Not limited to Plasma. CRTs are also susceptible.

LCDs and DLPs are not susceptible.

Hey Homer!

No risk of burn-in. Its one of the big advantages of these types of units!

I own the same HDTV so if you end up having any specific questions about maximizing its performance, feel free to pm me.

Good luck!
