Kill Bill Volume 1 .... on Shaw Digital Cable

HDTV ... outstanding PQ and OAR
DD5.1 ... OUTSTANDING suround sound (excellent for demos)
Movie ... Four Stars (out of four) ... lived up to reviews

Recorded and played back on their HD PVR (Motorola 6208 ... recently reduced in price to CA$498)

I believe Shaw picks them up from Movie Central here in Canada. We have 2 all movie networks in Canada, Movie Central (MC) for western Canada and The Movie Network(TMN) for eastern Canada. Most of the movies shown are SD, but they do have a few movies a week in HD ... sometimes OAR and DD5.1. They are presented uninterrupted, commercial free.

Movies to be shown this week in HD -

"About Schmidt"
"Austin Powers in Goldmember"
"The Ring"
"21 Grams"
"And Starring Pachino Villa as Himself"
"Stranger at the Door"
"Something the Lord Made"

These are not PPV moveis ... they come with the 6 HDTV channels. I have access to PPV HD movies through Bell ExpressVu. However, the selection is very limited.

Ah, don't worry about that. That is why I am here...

As a new HD feature that has never been brought up it belongs in this section. I think I would watch this movie again in HD. Wonder when it will be distributed here in the states?
