JVC61FH96 and HDMI Issues

Having issues with direct HDMI to TV connection via Direct TV H20 HD reciever. No picture at all when selecting the digital-IN source

My other HD TV's work fine with same HDMI cable and HD receivers.

JVC says they are incompatible with this HD box???? What???

Anyone experience this INSANE marketing campaign from JVC?

Seems that the customer service rep was ill informed on how to "reset" the HDMI connection. Mind you this was brand new from the box. After I emailed their support staff they informed me of a sequence of buttons to push to reset the HDMI connection. Of course this was not in the manual or any FAQ. The unit is now working with the H20 HD box from Direc TV and HDMI connection.

Thanks for the very important update

JVC is such a mess when it comes to customer service. I have heard some of the most ridiculous responses out of them to customers. Sorry you had to go through that.
