Plot ... A story about the first-hand account of three British citizens who were held for two years without charges in the American military prison at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. Part documentary, part dramatization, the film chronicles the sequence of events that led from the trio setting out from Tipton in the British midlands for a wedding in Pakistan to their crossing the Afghanistan border imprisonment in Camp X-Ray and later at Camp Delta in Guantanamo.
Starring ... Riz Ahmed, Farhad Harun, Wagar Siddigui, Afran Usman, Shahid Igbal, Sher Khan, Jason Salkey, Jacob Gaffney, Mark Holden, Adam James, Ian Hughes
Whether this is an accurate account of what happened at Guantanamo or not, this is an extremely well made film. At times you forget that the scenes in this movie are being played by actors because they are so realistically down. It is as if there is a camera there capturing the live action. Powerful movie, highly recommended!
