A man in France needs to confront his past childhood from when he lived in NewYork. This is the story of what happened in his life at the ripe young age of 13 that has left him uncomplete as a man starring Robin Williams as his best 41 year old friend who is also retarded.
This is one solid work from beginning to end in all areas of story telling and movie making.
