TV Guide for TIVO like functions

Gotta have a cable card if you want your digital cable to make any sense.

So far it has been a pain to drive and I am not finding it intuitive. Owners manual is about to be read... :?

Beyond confirming proper black level via analog component no other signal integrity testing has been done.

Visually it seems fine. The SD conversion is fairly good but suffers from vertical combing plainly evident during vertical pans but so does my old generation Lumagen. All in all this could completely replace both my Zenith HDR230 HDTV DVR and my Panny DMRE85H SD DVR. working on testing the same SD program.

Better testing, waveforms and comparisons to come...
