PGA Championship in HD on CBS
What a great surprise to see golf in HD on Direct TV ch. 80, the CBS feed. It looks much the same as The Masters production, with about 60% of the shots in HD. I did not hear anything about plans to show it in HD, so this is really a marvelous bonus. It looks absolutely gorgeous. Get your golfing friends over to see the last round tomorrow, and they will have an HD set next week. Thank you, CBS!
