Satellite problems March and October - interference/outages

It's that time of year again folks!
For those who didn't know, every March and October a phenomenon called Solar Transit occurs. Essentially, Satellites are effected during a window of time in the afternoon, when the sun is in direct alignment with the dish. This causes interference and outages.
Here's a good web site with time table predicitons for non-leap years. Ignore the Sat specific info, but use the table as a general guide for outage times.
