I'm partial to the Zektor http://www.zektor.com/home_theater.htm
switches, it also can be switched by IR, or the high-end version has
a serial port (RS232) that you can use with more advanced systems,
along with buttons. It also allows you to switch audio, analog and
digital, and 'transcodes' digital between optical and coax.

Try Accell UltraAV HDMI 2 to 1 Audio/Video Switch. Has Remote I have one works great, can be found for $99 on the net
