Is there a single comprehensive up-to-date list or resource that shows when all cable HD networks have launched?

I obviously don't "comprehend" what it is that you desire?
It's Market dependent largely - - e.g. - what does it matter what's the situation in say Boston, etc., 'if' one resides in Dallas, etc.?
OR - - are you perhaps referring to legitimate 'HD' offerings as oppose to "Stretched S.D.?"

I'm not drawing a difference between "legitimate" HD offerings or "stretched" HD - nor am I interested in any local differentiation. I am just interested in a list that shows when, for example, cable networks like HGTV-HD and FOOD-HD launched. Thanks.

Guys - all I was looking for was a list detailing when cable networks launched (i.e. started, initiated) their HD feeds. For example, when did the Weather Channel launch its HD feed? That cable network is around 30 years old, but obviously it hasn't been available in HD for nearly that long. Some cable networks have had HD feeds for 5-10 years now, while some are still available only in SD. Just trying to see if there is a list that shows when cable networks launched their HD feeds.

Morgan,
The 2003 and 2004 HDTV technology reports showed some of the information you ask for.
On the Mag menu: Click on resources, HDTV Tech Reports, select 2003 and 2004, the PDFs are free, look for the info at the beginning on the first chapters.
The are 2005,6,07 reports that may have that as well. I had a 2002 report that was not published on this mag but I believe I can get from some BUP files.
Best Regards,
Rodolfo La Maestra
