I was wondering if anyone has this, I was talking to a customer service rep, and was trying to figure a way to lower my bill.

They told me that comcast has a DVR pci card that can record 1 tv show at a time, unlike the dvr box, but the big thing I liked is the fee is only $1.99 a month over the $14.99 a month for the box.

Can I put 2 of these in my computer? Do I need extra software?

Appears we have never heard of it. That said it sounds like a cable card.

I only pay $1.99 a month for my cable card too! Plus another $5 per unit using a cable card.

Check your bill after you obtain the service and don't be surprised if it ends up running more than was represented.
