Inglorious Basterds - Blu-ray

It’s WWII and Lt. Aldo Raine has been ordered to take some of the finest jewish men in the US military, go to German occupied France and put the fear of God into the Nazis from the bottom all the way to the top!
It’s pure torture as Tarantino draws out every last breath of tension in the screenplay and scene for nearly the whole 2.5 hours. With the serious backdrop of WWII creating the suspension of belief, along with a screenplay and quality acting to milk it, juxtaposed against that artistic Tarantino style, he delivers a compelling movie that will have you on the edge of your seat (my wife got up, ran around the room and returned to her seat during one scene), gasping for breath, and laughing at the characters all the while cheering on Raine and his Inglorious Basterds!
Highly Recommended (and rather graphic at times for the squeamish or young).
