Bose V20 sound problem's

I have a V20, not even a year and a half old. Had it on this morning, working fine, left the room for a minute, and the sound didn't work anymore. I have checked all cables and switches. Please help me!!!

Orleandean,
First, call the dealer your purchased from have them suggest a fix.
Second, No dealer? call Bose tech support at 800-278-1281.
Third, try a reboot (disconnect power supply, wait 30 seconds, reconnect).
