Terk antennas are not very highly regarded - most people end up replacing them with Silver Sensors, Winegard or Channel Master.

Try the Silver Sensor first - it's a lot easier than putting something outside.

If you want to try something outside a Square Shooter might work.

ok i have checked out all that info.. and have found quite a few decent antennas.. my main question it seems that the silver sensor would be a great choice , how ever is there one similar to teh silver sensor that picks up uhv/vhf?

I would suggest a Silver Sensor plus Rabbit Ears plus a VHF-UHF combiner. You can read up on TV antennas at http://www.hdtvprimer.com/ISSUES/erecting_antenna.html . -Ken

I live between Battle Creek and Kalamazoo MIchigan. Galesburg to be exact. I have a 8 bay channel master antenna with a channel master 9537 amplifier. Wow it is awesome. I pick up all the Lansing Michigan signals and can get south bend Indiana when I point the rotor in that direction. Lansing channels are 45 to 62 miles away and this antenna even though it is a uhf antenna picks up channel 6 and 8 perfectly.. Go for the best antenna amplfier you can get. A few extra bucks now will be well worth it> John
