Too late
Sorry, but that ship sailed long ago. Emissions from your old CRT television made it possible for trucks to drive through your neighborhood and determine what shows you were watching. If you have cable or telco subscription service, I expect that they know exactly what you're watching. Satellite may not be able to tell as easily, but if the set top box is connected to a phone line or the Internet, then they too can keep track.

Re: Too late
There is no way, any one can determine what I watch form scanning "my old CRT emissions". Simple, I have no "old CTR" devices. Should the newer LCD or DLP devices have devices to transmit viewing habits, please let me know. I shall therefore bash them into very small pieces; so small that trace techniques cannot be performed. Regardless of when the “ship sailed”, do you really feel that your viewing preferences are not monitored by some corporate entity when using on online services? I care and therefore shall never subscribe to internet TV. Not even AT&T U-Verse, Idiot phone services, Verizon V-Cast, face book, twitter or any other social interned network diversion. If the internet disappeared within the next hour, I could care less. I really do need debate, argument or exchange of ideas and could care less about so called "friends".

Robz, you, sir, need to speak to your physician about upping your anti-psychotic meds. This generally will reduce unwarranted paranoia. Let's keep the posts to its purpose, technical issues not fanatical rantings.
